Rawabi Bosher Building Material Division, of Al Khaleel Group, was established in 1991. It offers a wide range of building material and construction tools. Rawabi Bosher´s showroom in Ghubra serves a distinguished list of clients - from small contractors to large business houses - by providing an array of items and tools from world renowned manufacturers at competitive prices. Jehad Al Khalili, Deputy Managing Director, Al Khaleel Group, shares more on the company´s offerings at Infra Oman...
Expectations: Infra Oman provides a unique platform for different companies interested in adding value to the infrastructure in the Sultanate. We expect to meet engineers, architects, business developers, contractors and manufacturers as well as building material dealers. We are excited to meet all the participants, so as to stay updated on new happenings in the market as well as identify business opportunities and build our network.
Products: We are exhibiting our new product in Oman, the TJEP rebar machine. This tool was recently introduced in the Omani market and works as a steel bar tying tool. The rebar tier is up to five times faster, ensuring consistent quality of the bindings (less than 0.9 seconds to complete a tie). It is simple to use, enabling the untrained craftsman with minutes of introduction and is of high quality at affordable price. The re-bar tier has been developed with primary concentration on the binding of re-bars in precast concrete, but has shown efficiency for the binding of pipes, tubes, etc, in various industries as well.
Strategies: Our presence in Infra Oman is to find dealers, sub distributors and allocate potential partners to establish win-win relationships. Our strategy has never been about looking at sales as a main factor; we are much more interested in shaking hands and building long-term relationships.
Target buyers: Contractors, other building material suppliers and fabrication companies.
Compelling factors: Mainly, to introduce the TJEP Rebar Tier. Besides the business opportunity, we find ourselves obliged to bring such products and services to add value to our Omani infrastructural base and contribute in saving time and money for our customers and partners.
Current market in Oman: In less than 50 years, Oman has created vast infrastructure. Today, we see a big concentration on other means of transportation, such as airports and rail-road ($15 billion), along with a massive infrastructure, oil and gas-related expansion in Duqum. We are committed to add value in the development and infrastructure of Oman by identifying products and services that can contribute to the construction of these projects.
