Q Group - the brain behind the Great Britain island on The World Islands, Dubai - has been hired by Empire Arabia to revive six projects, construction works of which was put to a stop during the global financial crisis. The six developments include two projects in Sports City, two other residential projects in International City-Global Green Views 2, Global Bay View located in Business Bay and a 19-storey residential tower in Jumeirah Village Triangle. Under his leadership, the company will incorporate project administration, sales, marketing and associated services, while Empire Arabia will manage the construction of the towers. The first of the projects that are scheduled to be completed are Global Golf Residences 2 and Global Green Views 2, both in early 2016. Developers have expressed relief since these six projects are being revived, as they feared the worst when work stalled during the financial crisis. Qurashi is responsible for conceptualising and creating revenue opportunities and delivering a strategic direction for companies within the Q Group, adopting a strategy to evolve the group´s interest´s across the MENA Region.
